Evangelical Statement of Faith

Ripples from the Well is an Evangelical Christian, non-denominational non-profit organization that exists to care for vulnerable children and cultivate self-sufficient communities that produce disciples for Jesus Christ. We adhere to the following beliefs:

The Scriptures

We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.

GOD

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator of all things, perfect in love, and righteous in all His ways.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on the cross to provide for our redemption, bodily resurrection, and ascension into heaven, present ministry of intercession for us, and His personal return to earth in power and glory.

Salvation

We believe in the salvation of lost and sinful people through the shed blood of Jesus Christ by faith apart from works, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

Resurrection

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; those who are saved unto the resurrection of eternal life with God and those who are lost unto the resurrection of eternal death apart from Him.

Unity

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and that all true believers are members of His body, the church.

As we pursue our mission, we remain committed to the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, and strive to demonstrate Christ's love and compassion to the world, guided by the teachings of the Bible and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
