To send a letter to your sponsored child, compose your message as a Word, Google Doc, or PDF and email it to sponsor@ripplesfromthewell.org. After we review it, our team will ensure that your letter is delivered directly to your child. This process allows for a seamless and convenient way for you to maintain a meaningful connection with your sponsored child. We encourage you to reach out through these letters, as they are a personal way of communication that deeply impacts the children. In the uncommon event a letter may not be culturally appropriate or has any content that doesn't align with Evangelical values we will respond with any suggested changes for cultural adaptivity or other feedback.

You can expect to receive updates about your sponsored child on a quarterly basis. These updates, sent via mail, aim to keep you informed about the progress and well-being of the child you're supporting. Additionally, whenever possible, we facilitate the delivery of personal letters from your sponsored child. While we strive to maintain regular communication, the frequency of letters from the child may vary. Although we are a younger organization, our team is working hard to help you stay connected and updated on your sponsored child's journey. Please never be afraid to reach out for updates.

We understand that personal circumstances, including financial ones, can change over time. If you find yourself needing to cancel your sponsorship, please know that your sponsored child will continue to receive support until we are able to secure a new sponsor for them. Sponsorship video calls are an exciting new addition to our program, currently in the green stage of implementation. We try to organize these video calls on a quarterly basis, providing a personal and direct way to connect with your sponsored child. As we are still fine-tuning this process, it is handled manually by our team.
